Browsing and playback
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page views and radio interactions. Google Analytics may store measurement cookies and receive technical browser information. We do not send names, email addresses or the text of your messages or cards to Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Firebase Hosting serves the website and Livecast Radio delivers the audio stream. When connecting, these providers receive necessary technical information such as your IP address, requests and browser details, under their own policies.
Sharing and contributions
When you choose to share, you can copy the link or open WhatsApp. Copying a link writes to the clipboard only after you press that option.
WhatsApp, PayPal and Mercado Pago links open external services with their own policies. Big Songs does not receive or store the card details you enter there.
Page resources
Fonts and images are served with this website. The player only requests the audio stream when you choose to listen.
The web app stores an offline notice in your browser; it does not download or store music. The embed code allows other websites to include the player.
For payment enquiries, use the support channels of the provider where the transaction was made.
Cards, games and contact
Cards are created in your browser. Their text travels in the fragment of the link you choose to share; anyone with that link can read it. Selected photos are processed locally and never uploaded to the server; they only appear in the download.
The duel remembers your choice in this browser’s local storage. It is not a global vote count. The contact form sends your name, email, subject and message through FormSubmit for delivery to bigsongsradio@gmail.com. FormSubmit applies its own privacy policy and spam protection. Form contents are not sent to Analytics.
Editorial proposals sent by email are reviewed before any publication. Creating a card does not publish it or send it to the station.
